At Complete Dental Care Group PLLC, we work hard to ensure our patients can enjoy a more comfortable and functional bite after losing teeth. The solution is the insertion of dental implants, which act as artificial roots to anchor permanent teeth replacements. If you’re missing one or more teeth or need to have one extracted, dental replacements can be a great option to restore your smile.
Dental implants are ideal for those who want a tooth replacement option that closely imitates natural teeth. They can be a very effective long-term solution for missing teeth. Our dental clinic specializes in dental implants. To find out if implants are a good option for you, take advantage of a free implant consultation with one of our experienced and highly trained dentists.
Same-day and emergency appointments are available. We accept most PPO insurance and Medicare/Medicaid plans. Our prices are competitive, too. Call for an appointment.
Dental implants act as artificial tooth roots to support new replacement teeth. Caring for dental implants is very similar to caring for natural teeth, especially if the replacement teeth are permanent. Following the procedure, it is common to have swelling and discomfort around the implantation site. Dental implants are comfortable and allow new teeth to feel, look, and function naturally.
If you want a tooth replacement option that produces results that mimic the appearance of your natural teeth, dental implants are right for you. They can be a very effective, long-term solution for missing teeth.
During the procedure, an incision is made in the patient’s gum to expose the bone where the implant will be placed. We’ll insert the implant and suture the gum around the implant post. In some cases, a temporary denture is used instead of replacement teeth.
Following surgery, the bone needs to heal around the dental implant. This process can take several weeks or months. Once it’s sufficiently strong, one of our dentists will fit the permanent replacement teeth. In some cases, a bone graft may be needed to ensure sufficient strength. After the bone heals, an abutment connects a crown or dentures to the implant.
Once your implant procedure is concluded, we’ll provide instructions for daily and any follow-up care.
